Order Delivery

At Mosaic Casa, we are committed to delivering your order in perfect condition to the address provided during checkout. To ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly ask customers to provide accurate address details and indicate an address where delivery can be made during normal business hours.

We are not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Process

  • Orders will be delivered to the recipient or company specified during the purchase process within the estimated delivery timeframe.
  • By placing an order and completing payment, you accept the selected shipping method and its associated costs.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

If any issues arise with your delivery, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, we will begin processing the shipment. You will receive email notifications regarding the order confirmation, preparation, and shipment.

As soon as the package leaves our facility, you will be provided with a tracking number, which can be used to monitor the order’s status on the carrier’s website.

Receiving Your Order

  • Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
  • If the delivery driver encounters difficulties finding the address, they may call the phone number you provided to arrange delivery.
  • If you are unavailable to receive the order, another person may sign for it on your behalf. In such cases, the recipient must provide their name, surname, and ID when accepting the package.

If no one is available at the time of delivery:

  1. The carrier will leave a notification card with a contact number.
  2. You must call the carrier to arrange a new delivery attempt.
  3. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, you may need to collect the package from the carrier’s local office.
