Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, without the need to provide a justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Order Receipt Date

Consequences of Withdrawal

  • Customers must return the products to our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain, no later than 14 calendar days from the date they inform us of their withdrawal.
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories or gifts included.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used during the original purchase.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
  • Items that have been mixed inseparably with other products after delivery.
  • Perishable goods or items with a short expiration date (e.g., food products).
